Passionate about creating access
Erin Miller began her nursing career working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as a charge RN at the Brain and Spine Hospital. Erin worked with patients suffering from neuro-ortho trauma related injuries and infections in addition to working on a specialized epilepsy unit. Erin then obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing at OSU College of Nursing. After moving to Hawaii, she began working at local Hawaii hospitals and also taught as a staff lecturer and clinical instructor at the University of Hawaii. Erin has been practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for over 5 years via telemedicine.
Erin has learned the importance of access to mental health care and has identified the barriers that stand in it's way. Virtual appointments allow for the same quality of care one may receive in an office setting, in the comfort of your own home. No more stressing about balancing work, home and life schedules while prioritizing your own needs, no more worrying about driving to an appointment in bad weather or when the kids school is cancelled or on delay. No need to stress about finding a psychiatric provider close enough to home without having to commute long distances. Erin respects that your time is valuable, but also that your mental health and wellness is of top priority.
